Welcome to RE Reels. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

RE Reels provides AI-generated video reels for real estate properties. Our service includes:

• Creation of 8-10 second vertical video reels
• AI-generated characters and voiceovers
• Property photo picture-in-picture integration
• Digital delivery via download links

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders:

• All orders are subject to acceptance by RE Reels
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
• Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice

Payment:

• Payment is required upfront via Stripe
• All sales are final
• Refunds are provided only if we fail to deliver reels within the agreed timeframe

3. Delivery

Timelines:

• Standard: 24 hours from payment
• Rush: 12 hours from payment

Delivery Method:

• Reels are delivered via email with download links
• Links expire 30 days after delivery
• You are responsible for downloading and saving reels

4. Revisions

We offer one free revision per order, which may include:

• Different script or voiceover
• Different character
• Different visual style

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions are available for $100 each.

5. License and Usage Rights

What you get:

• Commercial license to use the reels for your property marketing
• Right to post on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• No watermarks on final reels

Restrictions:

• You may not resell or redistribute the reels
• You may not claim the AI-generated characters are real people
• RE Reels retains the right to use reels in our portfolio and marketing

6. Content You Provide

By uploading property photos, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have permission to use them
• The photos do not infringe on any third-party rights
• The photos are of a real property you are authorized to market

You grant RE Reels a license to use your photos solely for creating your ordered reels.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All characters and voices in our reels are AI-generated. By using our service, you acknowledge:

• Characters are not real people
• You will comply with platform guidelines when posting
• Some platforms may require disclosure that content is AI-generated
• RE Reels is not responsible for platform policy violations

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our reels for:

• Misleading or deceptive marketing
• Properties you do not have authorization to market
• Illegal activities or fraud
• Harassment, hate speech, or offensive content
• Impersonating real individuals

9. Limitation of Liability

RE Reels is not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Platform policy violations or account bans
• Third-party claims related to your use of reels
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the order

10. Warranties Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or engagement from reels
• Compatibility with all platforms
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

11. Intellectual Property

RE Reels retains all rights to:

• Our website design and branding
• AI models and generation processes
• Marketing materials and portfolio

12. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone
• Cancel orders for violations of these terms
• Remove content from our portfolio

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Contact us at hello@re-reels.com to resolve informally
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, binding mediation
3. Arbitration: Final disputes subject to binding arbitration
